About
I'm Joshua Thomas, a visual designer in Spokane. I feel much more like a problem solver than a traditional designer in any one discipline.
The 24 February 2025 résumé and cover letter are the source for this page. The cover letter is an application for a Design Manager role at Molina. That application is not a job held, so it is not listed under experience. A more recent role is not in either document.
I live in Spokane, Washington. Email is joshuathomas0223@gmail.com. Phone is 509-270-0209. The résumé also lists lejitcreative.com.
Experience
The résumé lists Itron first, then Lejit Creative. Both are marked 2019–current. Gonzaga is 2017–2018.
At Itron, an international energy, technology, and software company, I design dashboards and experiences for real-time problems in high stress environments, run user research, own UI spaces, and present wireframes to stakeholders and development.
Lejit Creative is client work: brand identity and strategy, managing a small team, books and print, packaging, murals, logo bumpers, and marketing collateral.
At Gonzaga I was a graphic design intern. I designed posters, schedules, wallpapers, and magazines, season-ticket billboards for the fall sports season, and credential passes for game day.
