A ball-and-flag identity for Buckets, Greenstone's basketball and golf facility in Liberty Lake, including the logo, apparel, a style guide, and concepts for the court and mural.

Greenstone asked for a brand for Buckets, a new basketball and golf facility in Liberty Lake, in a family neighborhood. Joe Frank, CEO of Greenstone, and Laura Frank wanted the place to appeal to families and still read as a professional offering for trainers.
The published case study lists brand strategy, branding and identity, apparel, and court and mural conception.
The direction that moved forward pairs a ball and a flag. An earlier idea, a golf ball turning into a basketball through a bucket, stayed in the system as a brand element instead of becoming the logo. The package includes logo variations, brand graphics, apparel, a style guide, a court concept, and a mural concept. The case study says color and a monoline script font were used so the work would feel approachable to families and kids.
A style guide in the studio folder specifies Lato Black and Lato Regular, and it shows a color palette.

The case study says Buckets launched with this identity and that the brand attracted athletes and families. It does not give a launch date or a measured result.
Laura and Joe Frank, Greenstone Homes, are quoted on the page. They say Josh explained the process, took time to understand their goals, incorporated feedback, and kept them in the loop.
